Multi-Family Construction Project Manager

Night Owl National Contractors is a commercially licensed general contractor specializing in interior and exterior renovation, restoration, and construction services. Our company is looking for motivated self-starting Multi-family Residential Construction Project Managers.

We primarily focus on Exterior Renovation work including exterior painting, wood rot replacement, site grading/drainage improvements, site amenities, and concrete work.

  • Must know and understand Exterior & Interior Renovation processes
  • Experience working in the Multi-Family Industry is a huge plus!
  • Must be able to handle the fast-paced environment that we work in daily.
  • We have no time to teach everything so experience and construction knowledge is necessary
  • Must have a working knowledge of Computers, Tablets, and Smart Phones. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency is a MUST!
  • Must have good communications skills both in person, phone, Email, and written skills
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to plan a project.

Responsibilities

  • Determine and Define the Scope of Work and Deliverables
  • Predict Resources Needed to Complete Project
  • Obtain Necessary Permits, Approvals, and Other Regulatory Prerequisites
  • Manage Costs to Meet Budget
  • Manage Construction Schedule and Activities
  • Issue Progress Updates as Needed Regarding Costs and Timelines
  • Ensure Work Is Done in Compliance with All Relevant Building and Safety Codes
  • Select and Manage Subcontractor and Supplier Relationships
  • Coordinating Efforts Across the Entire Project Between Architects, Designers, Engineers, and Subcontractors
  • Successfully Pass DMV Record Check

Qualifications

  • 1 Year of Experience in Project Management in Construction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and General Computer Software
  • Demonstrated Knowledge of Construction, Engineering, and Architecture Principles
  • Ability To Budget, Schedule, Negotiate, and Control Costs
  • Strong Leadership and Management Skills
