Granite Installation Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Granite Fabrication & Installation Manager to oversee all aspects of granite and quartz product installations. This role is responsible for managing the templating process, coordinating installation crews and subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality execution of projects. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

• · Oversee the entire installation process of granite and quartz surfaces, from templating to final installation.
• · Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• · Conduct site visits for templating and pre-installation assessments.
• · Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.

Team Leadership & Training

• · Supervise and manage installation crews and subcontractors.
• · Provide hands-on training to staff to improve technical skills and installation techniques.
• · Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• · Evaluate team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.

Quality Control & Compliance

• · Ensure all installations meet company standards and client expectations.
• · Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• · Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly and professionally.

Logistics & Scheduling

• · Plan and schedule installation jobs efficiently to maximize productivity.
• · Manage inventory and ensure necessary materials and tools are available for each job.
• · Communicate scheduling updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
