Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Supervisor to oversee construction projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering quality results. As a Project Supervisor, you will coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards. Multi-Family construction Project Management Experience is required to be considered for this position

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Assess project scopes, develop budgets, set timelines, and create detailed schedules for projects lasting two weeks or more. Coordinate with trade partners and communicate with clients about start dates and project milestones.
• Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates and overseeing client satisfaction. Conduct pre-construction meetings and post-completion walk-throughs.
• Material & Labor Coordination: Source, order, and track materials and labor within budget; manage inventory and equipment needs on-site. Negotiate pricing for jobs and obtain necessary permits.
• Site Oversight & Safety Compliance: Conduct daily site visits to ensure project progress, quality, and safety compliance, including adherence to OSHA standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation in BuilderTrend, including daily logs, photos, and budget tracking. Prepare weekly progress reports for clients and internal teams.
• Financial Management: Manage project budgets, approve invoices, and track expenses, ensuring projects stay within financial limits. Regularly review costs and provide updates on budget status.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Relations: Oversee and manage subcontractors, ensuring work meets quality and timeline expectations. Foster relationships with new trade partners to support future projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction project management, ideally in multi-family or commercial projects.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word; experience with Job Tread or similar project management software is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, quality, and budget.
